Responsibilities

Lead initiatives independently
Collaborate effectively within an Agile Scrum team
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the seamless execution of dialer campaigns
Lead client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders
Understand both client business requirements as well as end-user functional requirements
Manage multiple product owners that have delivery targeted towards a single product or solution
Take sole responsibility and ownership of the product in its entirety when supporting multiple delivery streams
