Responsibilities
Collaborating with state-level attorneys to move judgments forward
Communicating with courts via phone, websites, and written correspondence
Issuing, entering, and following up on default judgments and agreed stipulations
Processing inbound mail, including court correspondence and returned documents
Monitoring stipulations and issuing judgments when agreements are broken
Managing assigned file-level lists on a daily or weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication across phone, email, and other channels
Active listening and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office tools
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Legal or call center experience is a plus
College coursework preferred
