Northwest Bank is seeking a Financial Center Banker/Licensed Relationship Manager to join their Branch Banking team. The role involves providing financial options to clients, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to banking regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

Provide financial options to clients through a consultative approach while expanding the banking relationship
Connect customers with Northwest products and services, through opening accounts; as well as identifying customer financial needs
Participate in the Licensed Relationship Manager (LRM) Development program
Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Analyze customer accounts, transactions, and behaviors to offer personalized recommendations
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Provide leadership while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operational activities and financial center security
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, turning negative experiences into positive ones
Initiate proactive conversations with customers to build rapport and understand their financial objectives
Utilize active listening skills to uncover opportunities to enhance their financial well-being
Build long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and follow-up
Anticipate customer needs and proactively reach out to offer assistance and guidance
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Maintain confidentiality and always protect customer information
Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department
Work as part of a team
Work with on-site equipment
Responsible for adherence to all security and dual control processes, daily branch tasks, and branch opening and closing tasks as needed
Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management

Required

Licensed or Non-Licensed individuals will be considered. Must be open to obtaining the licensing
Must participate in the Licensed Relationship Manager (LRM) Development program if not fully licensed at the time of hire
Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred
Sales Experience Preferred
