Responsibilities
Drive ground-breaking growth for Epsilon by using expertise in media and advertising solutions
Lead sales initiatives within geographic or account-based territory, targeting key businesses to generate new business and close multiple high-value deals annually
Cultivate enduring relationships with decision-makers, positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner that offers innovative solutions
Craft and deliver customized sales presentations that address specific challenges faced by clients
Apply strategic negotiation skills and secure favorable contract terms
Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to evolving market demands
Achieve significant sales achievements by orchestrating business development activities within all verticals
Establish industry authority in Media and Advertising, building strong consultative relationships with key decision-makers
Close multiple deals each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position
Lead accounts effectively and deliver tailored sales presentations that demonstrate how Epsilon’s solutions address the specific needs of clients
Demonstrate adeptness in strategic negotiation and contract closure, ensuring advantageous outcomes for both Epsilon and its clients
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
5-7 years of experience in sales roles, with substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing yourself as a leader in Media and Advertising, particularly within the space
Extensive experience leading geographic or account-based territories, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
Expertise in media sales allows you to build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner
Ability to build and deliver presentations that address the outstanding challenges and needs of clients, optimally showcasing the benefits of Epsilon's solutions
Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring the outcomes that are advantageous for both Epsilon and its clients
Keeps ahead of industry trends and adapts strategies to maintain Epsilon's leadership position in the media and advertising market
Driven to achieve immediate sales success while chipping in to Epsilon's long-term growth and partnership goals
Preferred
An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Known to work in driving substantial revenue success in media and advertising solutions
Exceptional ability to lead both geographic and account-based territories, with a history of generating new business and closing high-value deals
