Allstates WorldCargo is seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager – Freight Brokerage Operations. This role is responsible for managing and supporting our existing book of business within our freight brokerage operations, ensuring timely shipment coordination, accurate billing, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main operations contact for existing freight brokerage customers

Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high-quality service and timely communication

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and shipment issues

Coordinate with carriers, dispatch, and internal teams to support timely pickup, transit, and delivery across domestic modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal, and other brokerage arrangements)

Ensure accuracy in shipment routing, documentation, billing, and pricing

Support customer engagement with digital shipment visibility tools

Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and drive continuous improvement

Analyze operational performance data to identify efficiencies and improvements

Prepare internal reports and dashboards for account tracking and performance measurement

Monitor account profitability and recommend operational adjustments as needed

Use Allstates WorldCargo’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage daily account activity

Apply analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to measure performance and identify trends

Encourage customer engagement with digital visibility tools and process automation
