Logistics Analyst/Materiel Release Coordinator

Qualis LLC is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst / Materiel Release Coordinator to provide customer support with Materiel Release, Type Classification, and Logistics related activities and projects. The candidate will support U.S. Army programs on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, collaborating with government and contractor staff across various functions.

Responsibilities

Provide Materiel Release (MR), Type Classification (TC), and Logistics support to government leads

Maintain document control, update compliance matrixes and briefings

Track progress towards milestone objectives

Follow up on progression of action items and other reportable tasks from projects

Provide MR guidance, briefings, and planning

Work with leads to obtain safety, suitability, and supportability documentation

Assist in risk mitigation, identification, tracking, management, and resolution

Ensure actions and efforts are in accordance with AR 70-1, AR 700-127, DA PAM 700-127, AR 770-3, and DA PAM 770-3

Develop, coordinate, edit, and staff correspondence memorandums such as Memorandums for Record, Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding, etc. in accordance with AR 25-50

Review documentation such as Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Materiel Fielding Plan, Plan for Materiel Release, Demilitarization and Disposal Plan, Production Risk and Readiness Review, Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data, Logistics Demonstration Reports, ECPs, MWOs, SOWs, CDRLS, etc

Assist in ensuring the twelve Integrated Product Support elements are being considered

Utilize Microsoft TEAMS for holding meetings, file sharing, and communication

Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external team members by serving as a liaison between stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant logistics experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant logistics experience required

Program integration, project or logistics management experience required

A transferrable DoD Secret Security Clearance is required

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Teams is required

Preferred
