The Partner Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting and expanding the partnership ecosystem, managing relationships, driving engagement, and supporting revenue growth initiatives across integration partners and channel partners.

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing relationships with partner book of business, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with ArcSite's goals
Support the Director of Partnerships in executing partnership strategies, onboarding new partners, and expanding existing relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, helping them navigate ArcSite's product, resources, and program benefits
Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate co-marketing campaigns, webinars, enablement materials, and joint content
Work with the Product team to surface partner feedback and participate in integration improvement discussions
Monitor partner performance, track key KPIs, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders
Assist with contract renewals, partner agreements, and documentation as needed
Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement, drive revenue, and improve partner program tools, processes, and enablement
Attend virtual and occasional in-person partner meetings, events, or trainings as required

Required

3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to influence without authority
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities simultaneously
Comfort learning and explaining software products; technical aptitude is a plus
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and continuously improve processes
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first environment

Preferred

SaaS experience strongly preferred
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and partner management tools is helpful
