Responsibilities

Lead performance testing strategy, planning, and execution using k6 (open-source and cloud)

Design and implement robust, reusable, and parameterized performance test scripts in Typescript

Simulate realistic load, stress, and soak test scenarios across APIs, web applications, and microservices

Analyze results to uncover bottlenecks and performance issues across front-end, backend, and database layers

Partner with Developers, DevOps, and Architects to integrate performance objectives into the CI/CD pipeline

Work with stakeholders to define and maintain performance SLAs and ensure adherence across environments

Collaborate with the Quality Enablement team to evolve our performance observability, tooling, and metrics strategy

Mentor engineers on performance testing best practices, code efficiency, and scalability principles

Present detailed reports and insights that guide product and infrastructure improvements
