Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Data Privacy Analyst to strengthen their privacy program and ensure personal information is handled with care and integrity. The role involves managing Data Subject Access Requests and supporting data breach responses to protect the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and fulfill DSARs in compliance with global privacy regulations, track and report metrics

Collaborate with IT and departments to identify and remediate out of policy personal data storage across systems

Assist with data breach intake, investigation, documentation, containment, and resolution in partnership with Legal and IT

Maintain procedures and report privacy metrics

All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, with a minimum of two years of experience in data privacy, data protection/governance, or risk and compliance roles; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience

Familiarity with U.S. and non-U.S. privacy laws and frameworks

Ability to develop both leader-level reporting and individual procedures

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available

Fluency in English (required)
