Responsibilities

Lead a variety of size and scale projects, ensuring they exceed performance indicators such as schedule, budget, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control

Mentor and supervise a team ranging from senior technical lead to entry level designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Facilitate both in-person and virtual client meetings to serve as a feedback mechanism for the company

Implement a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on a monthly basis, ensuring our engineering practices are at the forefront of standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations

Required

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)

3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10+ Team Members

Clear and timely communication internally and externally

Preferred

In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations

Project Management or other experience related to Electrical Distribution

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

Licensed Professional Engineer

MBA or advanced degree
