Mid LevelLargeton Group is seeking a CRM Integration Specialist to serve as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment. The role involves conducting business analysis activities, designing technology solutions based on user needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
Conduct business analysis activities, including eliciting business requirements, documenting processes, developing/assessing business cases, evaluating process improvements, and leading change management initiatives
Design and implement technology solutions based on user needs
Maintain required Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
(Preferred) Implement and support Blackthorn Events
(Preferred) Provide technical support to end users of software systems
(Preferred) Develop and deliver technology-focused training to users
(Preferred) Hold additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Platform App Builder), or possess experience with Informatica, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies
(Preferred) Work with higher education institutions and/or be familiar with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions align with organizational goals
Qualification
Required

Position is 100% remote within Wisconsin; must be a WI resident with a local driver's license
