Responsibilities

Lead and manage SOX compliance projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal audit, finance, IT, and business units to assess and document SOX controls

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to communicate progress and risks to stakeholders

Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance SOX compliance and operational efficiency

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining focus on project goals

Facilitate training and awareness sessions on SOX compliance and control requirements

Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance strategies accordingly

Support internal and external SOX audits by providing documentation, evidence, and responses to audit inquiries
