Pegasystems is a low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation. They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their team, focusing on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering and working directly with the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities

You will act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application

Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date

Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service

Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback. This include thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speedbumps in the products lifecycle

Required

Candidates must be local to Waltham with the ability to come onsite 3 times per week at this time

Candidates who would not require sponsorship now or in the future

3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development experience is required, particularly with an object-oriented programming language like Java or Python, as well as React experience

Hands-on experience working with Pega Infinity

REST API development experience

Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems

Ability to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders

Ability to work at the VP and C-level

Highly motivated and autonomous but also work well in teams

Thrive in a high visibility role

Adaptable, Passionate, Innovative

Preferred

Pega CSA or CSSA is a huge plus with PPRC or Rules development experience

Experience with prompt engineering, LLM development or other GenAI experience
