Conduct meticulous photo shoots and video recordings for high-end residential properties, ensuring each image and video captures the essence of the property
Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand and fulfill their specific photography and videography needs
Use advanced photography and videography techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to produce superior quality images and videos
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, including secure file management and timely backups
Consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in real estate photography and videography
Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through every interaction and deliverable
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in real estate photography and videography, specifically with high-end properties
Mastery of professional photography and videography equipment, including: Camera capable of 4K 60fps, 16mm Full Frame Equivalent lens, 24-70mm lens, Other necessary video and photo equipment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation for travel within New York City
High-speed internet connection for fast and secure photo and video uploads
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
Preferred
Knowledge of the real estate industry
