Responsibilities
Implement and support client-facing trading applications that power financial markets
Deploy and maintain FIX connectivity services, ensuring seamless trade execution
Collaborate across teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
Lead new initiatives, overseeing projects that enhance our trading and connectivity offerings
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of the trading lifecycle and financial industry terminology
Proven experience in client trade support and issue resolution
Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and trade application support
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux command line operations
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
