Responsibilities

Own a partner portfolio and oversee associated Professional Services and Managed Services projects, ensuring successful outcomes through high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and on-time, on-budget delivery

Ensure high-quality and seamless project delivery at scale by implementing monday.com best practices and project methodologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with monday.com delivery partners to support successful project outcomes and the growth of the partner service practices

Support in the design and development of complex, customized technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of monday.com customers

Track and monitor Professional Services activities at scale, leveraging data to drive informed, strategic decisions

Manage large-scale programs to support efficient and successful partner service delivery

Serve as a facilitator between internal monday.com stakeholders and our service delivery partners

Deliver workshops to partners, enhancing their capability to implement and support monday.com solutions

Act as the primary escalation point for partners and their clients throughout the PS project delivery lifecycle

Required

3+ Years as a Professional Services consultant / technical project manager, preferably in a global SaaS company with cloud-based products

Experience delivering complex professional services solutions with high quality, both internally and externally (via partners)

Project management skills and experience with PS lifecycle methodologies for technical and non-technical projects

Experience with PS project scoping and estimations

Proven experience in delivering technical training and workshops with excellent feedback

Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric mentality, can-do approach, works well under pressure, and a high sense of ownership

Preferred

Experience in partnerships and working with service partners, an advantage
