Responsibilities
Design stable, reusable, and scalable end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring they align with organizational best practices
Lead business process optimization and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to define and document the scope of automation
Develop and maintain comprehensive solution approach documentation, including a strategic product roadmap, MVCR schedule, and mission-level business outcomes
Consult and provide expert guidance on implementing RPA technologies, techniques, and processes to transform and enhance current business operations
Oversee the development and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including the Capability Needs Statement, Solution Design Documents (SDD), and Process Definition Documents (PDD)
Orchestrate and manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and analysts to perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards and development methodologies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and translate them into roadmaps and technical requirements to help establish and scale their Intelligent AI automation capabilities
Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath and Intelligent AI RPA to identify opportunities for innovation
Qualification
Required
Secret (or above) Security Clearance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or related experience
10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience as an RPA Developer, Solution Architect, or a combination of both
Proficiency in the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Suite, Agentic Automation and AI) and a deep understanding of the Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework)
Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting scalable RPA solutions in an enterprise environment
Solid understanding of IT systems, process optimization, deployment pipelines, and risk analysis
Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and agile development methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and demonstrate solution capabilities
Preferred
UiPath Certified Professional - Solution Architect Certification
Experience working with the DoD and/or Federal government agencies
Experience with UiPath Process Mining and Task Mining
Experience with AI/ML, AI Center and/or Intelligent AI Automation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their implications for RPA infrastructure
Background in programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET
