New Grad, Entry LevelBoscov’s Distribution Center is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage their leased and owned vehicles. The role involves handling invoicing, maintenance, tolls, fuel cards, and driver records, along with heavy data entry and vendor communication.

Responsibilities
Maintain fleet records & master vehicle database
Process and code invoices (leasing, maintenance, tolls, fuel)
Oversee EZ-Pass and Sunoco card programs
Track preventive maintenance & schedule service
Serve as driver liaison for fleet needs
Support cross-functional transportation tasks (BOLs, check runs, etc.)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Access, Excel, Word
Experience with invoice / expense processing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Strong understanding of DOT laws and guidelines
