Account Executive, Utility Solutions
Edo partners with utilities to transform commercial buildings into efficient contributors to the electric grid. They are seeking a Utilities Solutions Account Executive to drive utility sales activities, build and manage a pipeline, and support relationship-building with electric utilities in North America.

Responsibilities
Identify, shape and win opportunities with utilities with an annual sales target
Support identification and development of opportunities with utilities, working alongside senior sales leaders
Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Assist with development and implementation of go-to-market strategies
Support customer and partner relationship management through meetings, follow-ups, and account planning
Represent Edo at conferences and industry events, including participation in utility client meetings
Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs, and support technical teams by gathering information and helping with basic scoping of solutions involving:
Building automation and controls
HVAC and building system optimization
DERMS and utility demand response platform integrations
Flexible load management, daily load shifting, and energy efficiency efforts
Support the team by organizing and translating utility customer needs into actionable notes and requirements for engineering and delivery teams
Provide updates and reporting on sales activities to the senior sales team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or utility/energy-related program support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
Comfortable working in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Standard office working conditions. Ability to sit/stand at a desk for long periods
Up to 40% - 50% seasonal travel for client meetings and industry events
Preferred
Familiarity with the utilities market, energy efficiency, or demand response programs strongly preferred
