Responsibilities
Help plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
Assist with preparing proposals, budgets, reports, and cost tracking
Review job sites for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Participate in job walks and pre-construction assessments
Support contract preparation and negotiations with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Complete submittals, RFI's & assist with updating project information in Procore
Help lead project teams, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders aligned
Contribute to quality control, environmental protection programs, and overall project success
Qualification
Required
HS diploma required
Experience in commercial construction
Knowledge of CSP or JOC projects
Project management experience with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's in Construction Management (or similar)
Experience in K–12 renovations
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Procore
