New Grad, Entry LevelRudolph Libbe Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their dynamic team at GEM INC. This early-career role involves supporting multiple construction projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to GEM Inc safety practices and procedures
Assist with project planning and implementation
Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
Maintain document control including submittals, method statements, safety reports, and drawing logs
Develop and update meeting minutes
Coordinate subcontractor activities
Contribute to estimating efforts
Assist with contract administration and cost control
Support sales efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives
Travel to job sites as required by project managers and superintendents
Qualification
Required
Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond quickly to requests from customers, superintendents, and construction partners
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Adaptability to meet the unique requirements of diverse job sites and project scopes
Preferred
Working knowledge of construction blueprints and specifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar
Experience in the construction industry
