Responsibilities
Customer oriented IT support to end-users and field-based engineers
Proactively maintain local network infrastructure according to established standards
Daily monitoring of local systems
Analyze and solve reported errors
Work as a distributed team member and participate in regular meetings with IT colleagues
Documentation of procedures and solutions
Take initiatives and implement optimizations of business processes
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferably with an IT focus
A minimum of 2–5-year experience in an IT support role providing desk side service and working with remote end users at branch offices or via VPN connections
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications; OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Applications and Windows Operating Systems
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills are required
Occasional travel is necessary in support of rollouts, corporate acquisitions and other company projects
Interested in an international environment
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems
Knowledge of working in an ITIL Based Service Desk
