Responsibilities
Shape and lead 6-week Shape Up cycles for new insurance features and provider integrations
Simplify insurer onboarding, plan setup, premium management, and benefit workflows
Lead design, engineering, and operations to ship fast, high-quality projects and improvements
Translate compliance and underwriting complexity into user-friendly flows
Coach product engineers and designers to make smart scope and delivery decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-engineering hybrid in a high-ownership environment
Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, or financial product architecture
Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery end-to-end
Clear communication and good product taste — balancing speed and quality
Comfort guiding a small, senior team focused on outcomes, not tickets
