Responsibilities
Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings
Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives
Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies
Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers’ requesting consultations
Qualification
Required
English language fluency (written and spoken, C1/C2 level)
Working experience in a digital marketing or media agency (3 years plus), with proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, campaigns management, paid media sales
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles, with proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client/agency decision makers
Proficiency in SEM tool/PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles
Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization
A detail-oriented, results-oriented, and customer service-focused mindset
Solution-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering measurable results
Preferred
Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus
