Responsibilities
Operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting)
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
Inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary
Report issues promptly and help find solutions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Ability to operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting)
Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (typically 30-50 lbs) as required by the role
Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on quality control to ensure that packaging meets standards and specifications
Ability to inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary
Effective communication skills to work with team members and supervisors
Ability to collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines
Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions or production issues
Ability to report issues promptly and help find solutions
Open to training on different machines and processes
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with packaging machinery or equipment
