Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to evaluate asset performance, identify opportunities, and support long-term cash flow forecasting
Monitor budget variances and provide data-driven recommendations to the Asset Management team
Analyze market data including employment trends, infrastructure, and regulatory factors across investment regions
Collaborate cross-functionally with property management and other departments to support operational excellence and portfolio growth
Represent Prime Residential in the real estate community, building relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service, responding to inquiries professionally and contributing to process improvements
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree, or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business field
Real Estate industry experience required
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Team player attitude who can work independently and collaboratively
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to travel up to 20% of time
Preferred
CFA candidate or charter holder preferred
One-plus years of prior analysis experience preferred
Knowledge or familiarity of multifamily housing management software is a plus
