Responsibilities

Process domestic sales orders accurately and efficiently
Complete data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems
Coordinate freight scheduling and logistics with internal and external partners
Generate requested reports for sales, inventory, and management needs
Track and maintain empty bag inventory
Communicate promptly and professionally with customers
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to support daily operations
Assist with miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Supervisor
Support a diverse team and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Work overtime as needed
Perform all other duties assigned by management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Administrative experience
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated history of safe work behavior and commitment to safety practices
Respectful, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Good attendance record

Preferred

Basic accounting experience strongly preferred
Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred
Bilingual ability is a plus
