Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure policies stay current
Review Compliance Alpha, conduct daily regulatory screenings, and escalate findings
Support Corporate Affairs communications and social media monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Deliver employee compliance training
Prepare meeting materials and board decks for senior leadership
Coordinate with external partners, track vendor spend, and perform WorldCheck screenings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience drafting and implementing compliance policies
High level of discretion and ethical judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred
Compliance Alpha/WorldCheck experience
