Sales Operations Manager
Navvis is a leading population health company focused on value-based care. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee Salesforce administration, optimize sales tools, and provide analytical support to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as the administrator and owner of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and system optimization
Manage and optimize additional sales tools, including Definitive Healthcare and ZoomInfo
Support sales executives with lead activity, meeting preparation, and proactive competitor and market research
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and sales analytics to support forecasting and leadership visibility
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to strengthen lead management, campaign tracking, and outreach processes
Review and update Salesforce dashboards to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking
Prepare account insights, competitor briefs, and market intelligence to support upcoming prospect meetings
Troubleshoot CRM or data-quality issues and coordinate enhancements with internal teams and vendors
Analyze performance trends and report insights to Marketing, Sales, and Growth leadership
Improve processes related to lead routing, data integrity, and sales technology utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (administrator-level capability preferred)
Experience with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and Definitive Healthcare
An analytical mindset and experience in building or interpreting reports and dashboards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership levels
High organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
