Responsibilities
Support the management team in running day-to-day operations during assigned shifts
Lead by example to maintain Lucy's high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
Help manage labor, prep, orders, inventory, opening and closing duties, and shift documentation as needed
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Operations
Step into any station as needed to keep the operation running at a high level
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant operations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Basic understanding of scheduling, food safety, and daily restaurant operations
Dependability and a desire to grow into a leadership role
Preferred
ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and great food
