Responsibilities
Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries
Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)
Provide after-sales support to retain customers
Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly
Promote new products and services to the existing customers
Develop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnerships
Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements
Regular reporting to the Sales Manager
Attend on-going trainings as requested by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
5+ years' experience in the mechanical contracting industry
Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Reliable, Self-Driven, Confident, Articulate, and Persuasive
Ability to problem solve
Attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred
