Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining operational controls and standards

Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices impacting LMD

Conduct research and benchmarking to inform operational strategies

Support the rollout of new operational controls in partnership with Operations and Technology teams

Maintain documentation and ensure controls are implemented effectively and consistently

Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy teams to align on requirements

Coordinate meetings and provide updates to ensure transparency and alignment

Track and report on control performance and key metrics

Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to compliance standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
