Senior Digital Key Antenna Engineer

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and development of antenna systems for digital key applications, including concept development, detailed design, prototyping, and production release
Perform antenna integration activities and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to ensure strong system performance and seamless vehicle integration
Create and execute robust validation plans for antenna systems, including lab testing, vehicle-level testing, and field evaluations to ensure performance meets requirements and industry standards
Analyze test data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions and design improvements
Stay informed on emerging antenna technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to support innovation and maintain competitive advantage
Adapt effectively to evolving requirements, new technologies, and a fast-paced development environment
Document design specifications, test procedures, validation results, and related technical materials with accuracy and clarity
Support manufacturing and production teams by troubleshooting antenna-related concerns and providing technical guidance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on antenna design experience and a strong track record of taking concepts through production
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Antenna Engineering, or a related discipline
Proven experience in the design, development, and integration of RF and antenna systems
Strong background in antenna validation, including test plan development, execution, and performance analysis
Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, antenna theory, EMC principles, and simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS)
Demonstrated adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and navigate changing priorities
Proficient with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and anechoic chambers
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Preferred
Automotive or consumer electronics experience preferred
Experience with digital key technologies such as UWB, NFC, and BLE is highly desirable
