Responsibilities

Share accountability for planning and executing the global Magellan program by developing tools and processes that ensure predictable, efficient delivery
Lead program governance efforts, including:
Supporting Steering Committee agendas, managing meetings, and tracking action items
Overseeing program and team risk management, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) activities
Representing team performance in deployment governance meetings
Driving continuous improvement based on lessons learned
Create and manage program schedules, including resource capacity planning across assigned teams
Identify and track transformational opportunities in alignment with Boston Scientific’s Value Improvement Program (VIP)
Monitor team metrics, promote accountability, and support a culture of ownership
Lead strategic initiatives that address key risks, process enhancements, or performance challenges
Serve as a change leader who promotes agile methodologies, lean design thinking, and program management best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical, operational, or professional roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PMO or complex program management role
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale change or transformation programs, ideally in a systems or technology environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and related application ecosystems
Understanding of core business processes across functions
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance global and local priorities
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and thrive in dynamic environments
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to build trust across the organization
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Servant leadership mindset and commitment to building empowered teams
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed organization
Strategic thinker who can align program goals with organizational vision and values
Ability to define and implement operational policies and practices across multiple teams
