They are seeking a CNC Lathe Setup & Programming Technician to set up and operate various CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts for mining and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end machining on CNC ProtoTRAK lathes and mills, Bridgeport, and Romi Easy Path 2 CNC lathes
Complement CNC work with manual machining to achieve exact specs
Tackle a wide span of sizes—from 1" to 30"—and weights from 5 lbs. to 3/4 ton
Qualification
Required
Comfort with setups, offsets, and safe operation
A teammate who values quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Approximately 3 years of CNC experience preferred; we will consider recent graduates of accredited CNC machinist training programs
