Oversee the daily operation of the park, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback for improvement
Assist in the training, mentorship and development of the front-line team
Oversee and promote quality assurance in order to exceed guest expectations; address guest needs and concerns as they arise
Be technically proficient in all aspects of the operation
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21
Comfortable working at heights
Valid driver's license and approved driving record
Preferred
Prior industry experience
Prior supervisory experience
Experience working at the Family Adventure Park
