Responsibilities
Conduct a routine and on-going assess of the building systems operations
Perform tests, tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery
Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building
Qualification
Required
Must possess a current CFC Universal License
Must have 3 – 6 years' experience as a Building Engineer in a commercial environment
Must have EMS experience
Must be able to work any shift assigned
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to work overtime
Must be able to work safely
Must be a self-starter
Must be willing to adhere to company policies
