Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure consistency and coordination across disciplines
Use clash detection software such as Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems
Coordinate closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure integrated, clash-free designs
Provide remote coordination and support for field operations, ensuring accurate integration of 3D scans and field data into project models
Prepare and manage technical documentation, drawings, and schedules required by project teams
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all models, adhering to project standards and deadlines
Stay current with advancements in BIM and VDC technologies, applying knowledge to improve modeling processes and project outcomes
Utilize collaboration tools such as BIM360 to enhance communication and model accessibility
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in VDC/BIM and construction modeling
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HVAC, mechanical/piping disciplines
Proficiency in Revit is required, with the ability to create and manage detailed 3D models
Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into the modeling process
Ability to read and interpret construction documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve design and coordination challenges
Preferred
Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360
Experience with ACC
