Responsibilities

Works on moderately sized projects with oversight

Accurately communicates pertinent information, and ensures information in the organization agile project tracking tool accurately represents work required to complete project and task statuses remain up to date

Solves problems and makes decisions on a daily basis relative to Software development responsibilities

Works IT DevOps in coordination of Tier 3 support for resolving production issues

Design, Develop, Test software system to meet business needs in compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization

Work effectively as a team member with other members of management

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer OR a minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer

Must currently be in the Kansas City area for the interview process

Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python, Kotlin, and SQL

Experience with React and Vue

Experience using Git and GitHub

Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
