Responsibilities

Establish purchasing strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures in the assigned area and oversee their implementation

Establish and maintain performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities

Oversee the development of suppliers' base and purchasing partnerships in terms of QCD

Plan and prioritize resources and budgets as well as internal or external sourcing ("make-or-buy")

Initiate and organize improvement actions

Lead, coach and develop team members within the purchasing controls area

Qualification

Procurement of electronicsSupplier developmentTeam managementBachelor's Degree in EngineeringMicrosoft Office skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

10+ years of experience in procurement of electronics

Semiconductors, passives, discrete, and other electronics components

A minimum of 5 years' experience directly managing employees

Strong Microsoft Office skills
