Contract - Sales Operations Analyst I
Electrify America is committed to revolutionizing the way people charge and is the country's largest open DC fast charging network. The Sales Operations Analyst I will support the B2B sales team with revenue recognition activities and maintain commercial reports while collaborating with account managers and accounting.

Responsibilities
Thorough internal coordination with management, develop and maintain requirements for CRM system functionality, reporting, and dashboards
Centered around KPIs, develop automated reports and insight dashboards to drive visibility and insights into the overall sales process
Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Collaborate to track workflow development tickets and overall progress
Collaborate with Marketing colleagues for lead tracking
Support client-facing report development/upkeep. Create standardized processes and templates for scalability
Support internal financial report development and upkeep
Ensure accuracy of billing information, project documentation, costs. Upload into internal billing systems
Support standardization of processes/documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Extremely deadline and deliverable oriented
Demonstrated record of precision & integrity in past work assignments
Knowledge and understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development approaches
Success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies and vendors
Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce)
High attention to detail
Leadership and organizational skills
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
MBA or Master's Degree
Experience in industries including sustainability, cleantech, renewable energy, business services
