Account Executive, Protection

Ministry Brands is a leading provider of SaaS operational management systems and digital engagement tools. The Account Executive, Protection will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and communicating the value of the company's solutions to increase revenue and client retention.

Responsibilities

You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
Present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions
Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
Manage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service
Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
Demonstrated knowledge of a variety sales processes, techniques, and technologies
Strong negotiation and analytical skills: You must have strong negotiation and analytical skills
Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems
Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure
Ability to work in a general office environment
Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%

Preferred

Sales Enablement Tool experience preferred; Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo
