We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mobile Service Technician responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations at customer locations, requiring strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on repair skills.

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during on-site visits

Diagnose, test, and repair vehicles using computerized diagnostic equipment

Perform inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs following company and manufacturer standards

Carry out light and medium-duty repairs in areas such as: Heating and air conditioning, Electrical and electronic systems, Brakes, drivetrain, suspension, and steering, Transmissions and transaxles, Gas and diesel engine performance repairs

Submit accurate work orders and documentation in a timely manner

Evaluate vehicles for maintenance, warranty, or upgrades

Train customers on product use and maintenance when required

Respond promptly to customer issues and maintain strong communication

Operate shop equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area

Achieve and maintain an efficiency level of 85% or greater
