Required

Candidates should be bachelor's students graduating in 2027 who are between their junior and senior year, and master's students graduating in 2027 who are between the first and second year or continuing their program
Students graduating in December 2026 are also eligible for consideration
Preference will be given to candidates with a concentration in urban planning, real estate development/ finance, economic development, public policy, housing finance, sustainability, or a related field
You have a passion for urban development and policy, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and a deep curiosity about the challenges and opportunities facing cities today
You will bring a capacity for critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, and are excited to dive into projects on behalf of our clients
