IT Field Support Technician
Indigenous Pact PBC, Inc. is a certified B-Corporation focused on creating health equity for American Indians and Alaskan Natives. They are seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide essential technical support for healthcare clinics serving Tribal communities, ensuring reliable technology for patient care.

Responsibilities
Lead onsite IT setup and support for new clinic openings, including networking infrastructure, hardware installation, and go-live preparation to ensure seamless launches
Provide responsive day-to-day technical support for existing clinic locations, maintaining system reliability and resolving issues quickly to minimize disruption to patient care
Support our mobile clinic operations by ensuring consistent connectivity, functional equipment, and reliable systems in dynamic environments
Collaborate with our internal IT team and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners to troubleshoot complex issues, maintain technology standards, and align solutions with clinic operational needs
Provide coverage during clinic operating hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed to ensure support availability when our teams need it most
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
2–4 years of experience in IT field support, systems administration, or technical services role
Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and coordinating escalations
Proficiency with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, wireless configuration)
Experience setting up and troubleshooting routers, switches, access points, and cabling
Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
Familiarity with imaging/deploying workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Understanding of security best practices in endpoint and network management
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently in the field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical users
Reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities across locations
Commitment to providing excellent customer service in a mission-driven environment
Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to ~40 lbs.) as needed
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently between clinic sites (may include occasional overnight stays)
Flexibility to provide after-hours or on-call support during clinic go-lives or incidents
Respectful engagement with Tribal communities and commitment to cultural awareness
Preferred
Prior experience supporting healthcare environments (EHR systems, HIPAA compliance, clinical workflows)
Experience supporting VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Teams Calling)
