Manager, Senior Trustee Sale Officer

Archwell is a company that provides services for the Trustee Services Business on defaulted loans through the non-judicial foreclosure process. The Manager, Senior Trustee Sale Officer will oversee the processing of non-judicial foreclosures, manage a team, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while delivering excellent borrower care.

Responsibilities

Review daily task list generated by case management system and assign duties to Trustee Sale Officer and Trustee Sale Assistant in order to meet required timelines in accordance to statute and client/investor requirements. Provide assistance to staff based on workflow and volume
Process daily trustee sales which includes final audit, review of bid, final clearance to auction company, sale results in case management system, process third party sales and trustee’s deed
Complete all audit checklists for each stage of the foreclosure process to ensure accuracy and compliance with state law and investor/client requirements
Respond to client and borrower correspondence and phone calls in a timely manner based on request
Continually look for ways to improve every process as we add new states to our portfolio
Report data to SVP daily regarding completion of tasks and new referrals
Comply with all escalation procedures
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Performs other related duties as assigned
Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Required

Ten (10) to twenty (20) years of experience in the processing of non-judicial foreclosures is required and a minimum of five years of experience in supervisory responsibilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Problems and issues faced are frequently complex and sometimes multi-dimensional, requiring broad-based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of their organization
Extensively analyzes problems to seek understanding of the root cause of the problem
