Responsibilities

Originate, shape, and close CFO Advisory consulting engagements with global financial services institutions with a focus on banking and capital markets clients

Brings established CFO buyer C-Suite relationships and an established track record of significant commercial growth in the US and internationally

Build and maintain strong C-Suite relationships across the financial services industry, and cross-sector experience also highly desirable

Develop go-to-market strategies and actively participate in industry associations and publish thought leadership

Lead the design and execution of large scale, complex and technology enabled Finance transformation programs across the CFO organization across different functions and areas of expertise

Provide expert advisory to clients on emerging trends, industry practices and use of technology/AI to ‘future proof’ the CFO organization

Ensure the highest quality of project delivery and client satisfaction

Contribute to build and scale a high-performing consulting team, including recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing talent

Required

Extensive experience in financial services consulting or relevant industry roles, with a focus CFO advisory

Tier 1 consulting experience with relevant accreditations and certifications to demonstrate industry-led and technology enabled

Demonstrable success in business development, including originating and closing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements

Experience of building teams and competing with Tier 1 consulting firms in a US market

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence

In-depth knowledge of Ledgers, FP&A, Business Integration, Business Performance, Treasury, and Financial Regulatory reporting

Strong knowledge and use of data analytics, digital tools, and AI to be industry-led and technology enabled to ‘future proof' the CFO organization

Proven leader with ability to influence C-Suite and Senior Executives

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses

Collaborative, inclusive leadership style

High integrity and commitment to client service excellence

Willingness to travel as required
