They are seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites, requiring strong self-direction and motivation.

Responsibilities
Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards
Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion
Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure
Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem
Driving to remote work sites as needed
Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors
Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds)
Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
Preferred
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
