Required

A Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree
A strategy that is currently and consistently profitable, we are open to all markets and asset class categories
Experience leading a team and/or playing an integral role on a successful team
Excellent Return on Capital (ROC)
A proven track record (not just back-test data)
Experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund or bank
Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments at Tower including but not limited to Executive Leadership, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, HR and Legal
