Responsibilities

Provide instructions to production engineering and drafting groups for non-standard unit designs and construction

Collect field feedback and competitive data for product development and market analysis

Communicate suggested modifications to the company’s products/services to meet customer requirements. Provide feedback to product management for product services requirements not met by the current product line

Lead factory tours to visiting reps, engineers, contractors and building owners

Provide product and software training of sales representatives, engineers, contractors, and building owners

Support annual regional roadshows

Supply technical expertise for rep presentations to engineers, contractors and building owners

Create and present content for lunch-and-learn for customers and online for sales reps

Provide technical assistance to the Technical Response, Warranty, Customer Service, and Aftermarket Parts groups to facilitate accurate and thorough support of Daikin's post-sale customer experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field

4+ years of relevant experience
